Founder
Amar — Founder, aifirstbuilder.com
Amar is an AI systems architect and serial founder. When his operations career took a back seat, he didn't sit still — he taught himself Python, FastAPI, and full-stack development, then went deep into AI engineering: not the “write better prompts” surface, but the plumbing. Context design. Evaluation schemas. Prompt architecture that holds under pressure. Harness systems that route inputs, enforce constraints, check outputs, and get smarter with every run.
That obsession produced Pi— a 333-chain agent orchestration framework with 19 governance rules and 28 specifications, built across 17 domains. The insight at its core: prompt engineering alone is a dead end. Real leverage lives in the harness — the system around the prompt. His work on identity-aware planning (agents that ask “what kind of project is this?” before executing) became the foundation of the governance module in this course.
When he turned that harness on the PM productivity problem, the course built itself. The course-orchestrator — a meta-chain that researches ICP pain points, maps them to AI techniques and curated video, and passes through a multi-expert panel review — produced the AI-First Product Manager curriculum in days, not months.
The thread connecting all of it: helping. Helping the ops manager who can't afford a dev team. Helping the expert burning months on a product a governed pipeline ships in hours. Helping the PM who loses 17 hours a week to documentation. The tools exist. The systems just need to be built — and taught.
