Terms of Service

By accessing or using the AI First Builder platform (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Upon successful payment, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course content for your individual learning purposes. This license does not permit:

• Sharing your account credentials with others.
• Redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing course materials.
• Publicly posting course content, including videos, written materials, or exercise files.
• Using course materials to create competing or derivative products.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your purchase is the price you pay.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. In the event of a failed payment or chargeback, we reserve the right to suspend your access until the issue is resolved.

We offer a 14-day refund policy. If you complete the first two modules and decide the course is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests should be sent to hello@aifirstbuilder.com. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions.

All course content, including but not limited to videos, written materials, exercises, templates, code samples, graphics, and the platform interface, is the intellectual property of AI First Builder and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The AI First Builder name and logo are trademarks. You may not use them without prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other accounts, or computer systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform without authorization.
• Upload or transmit any malicious code or harmful content.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conduct requirements, without refund.

The Platform integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (hosting), and OAuth providers (such as Google and GitHub) for authentication. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

The Platform and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcomes will result from your use of the course content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI First Builder and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI First Builder operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Platform.
